Terms of use

By creating a Veydi account you accept the following terms.

1. The service

Veydi is an online service for service books and workshop and fleet management. It helps organise information; it does not replace a technical inspection, an automotive professional or the vehicle owner's legal obligations.

2. Your account

You provide accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for your account's activity and for people you invite to it.

3. Plans and payment

The Solo plan is a one-off payment with no end date. Premium, Atelier PRO and Flotte Business are annual and do not renew automatically. Payment is by bank transfer and the plan is activated once the receipt is verified. Without renewal, the account returns to Solo.

4. Your content

You remain the owner of your data and files. You allow us to store and display them to provide the service. You agree to upload only content you have the right to use.

5. Certified jobs

A “certified” job is entered by a workshop registered on Veydi. It binds the workshop that entered it, not Veydi.

6. Liability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will never be interrupted. Reminders are provided as an aid: meeting deadlines remains your responsibility.

7. Termination

You can request deletion of your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend an account in case of abusive or fraudulent use.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, subject to mandatory consumer rules in your country.
