Frequently asked questions

What is Veydi?

Veydi is a digital service book. It keeps your vehicles' history, tracks deadlines (insurance, inspection, road tax) and warns you before they expire. Workshops use it for repair orders and fleets to track all their vehicles.

Which countries is Veydi available in?

In Morocco, France and Canada. Prices are shown in dirhams, euros or Canadian dollars depending on your country, and the app is available in French, Arabic and English.

How do I pay for my subscription?

By bank transfer. You pick your plan in the app, see the bank details and the reference to quote, then send the receipt. Your plan is activated once verified.

Is the Solo plan really for life?

Yes: Solo is paid once and has no end date. It covers one vehicle. To track several, Premium allows up to five vehicles per year.

Who can see my vehicle's history?

Only you, by default. Public history sharing by VIN is off until you turn it on. A workshop only sees a vehicle when it opens a repair order on it, and you are notified.

What happens to my personal data?

Your data is only used to run the service. From your profile you can export it and request deletion of your account, in line with Moroccan law 09-08. See the Privacy page for details.

Can I install Veydi on my phone?

Yes, it's an installable web app. On Android, use the “Install” button in Profile → Preferences. On iPhone, open Veydi in Safari, tap Share then “Add to Home Screen”.

Can a workshop use Veydi if its customers have no account?

Yes. The workshop opens the repair order with the vehicle's VIN. If the owner has a Veydi account, they're notified and find the certified job in their service book.

How do I cancel or change plan?

Annual plans don't renew automatically: without renewal your account returns to the Solo plan. Your data stays accessible. To change plan or delete your account, write to us.
